IULI’s IBA 1, MGT 1, INR 1, HTM 1, INE 3 in their Business Management 1 course have a presentation involving connecting the dots & translating organizational strategies (corporate strategy, business strategy, & functional strategy), firms’ planning/action plans (strategic planning, tactical planning & operational planning), dominant skills (technical skills, conceptual/analytical skills & human relations skills) & organizational structure (top, middle & low management level. Although this tasks involves a lot of initial book work and understanding of theory, in the end, the students have to present in a coherent, intelligent and persuasive manner. A head simply full of theories is not sufficient to persuade others!! (MiE).
