On 30 October 2018, Dr. Sharon Koppka from Technical University of Ilmenau, held a lecture about “Micro structuring of Glasses: Application and Production of Porous Glasses” for Aviation Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering students.
This lecture explained about the components of glass, how glasses are made and shaped, the stability of glass, and the application of glass. Dr. Sharon Koppka also shared an interesting video about how bulletproof glass is made.
