On Tuesday, September 26, 2017, IULI’s HTM semester 5 continued their culinary journey with one of Origin Indonesian Traditional Cuisine. HTM class had their regular cooking class, led by Mr. Temmy Rachmat, MM (Hos), their lecturer. The students made Nasi Tumpeng with Ayam Goreng Lengkuas, Tempe, Tahu Bacem and Sambal Goreng Kentang Hati (Chicken Liver) and Petai. It all took time and Mr. Temmy Rachmat, MM (Hos) guided his enthusiastic students with advice about cooking time, regular tasting and presentation. As usual, things went well and the product was enjoyed. However, Mr. Temmy Rachmat, MM (Hos) still had words of advice so that the students could improve. Like the good teacher, Mr. Temmy Rachmat, MM (Hos), the world-class Chef, is ‘always pleased but never satisfied’ (MiE).
