On Tuesday, September 12, 2017, the semester 5 HTM IULI students had the opportunity of learning how to produce high quality smoothies from Mr. Tommy Saroso, who has a lifetime of experience in top-class hotels around the world. They learned that the extremely tasty result involved a lot of preparation, monitoring and, as they developed the smoothie, tasting!!
After hours of enjoyable work, they were happy to put the training to the ultimate test-tasting the mango banana smoothies, the strawberry kiwi smoothies and the peach smoothies.This was truly a labour of love. They were very happy with the results but listened carefully to Mr. Tommy’s advice on how to make even better smoothies in the future (MiE).
