On Tuesday, September 19, 2017, IULI’s HTM semester 5 continued their culinary journey. They cook (and eat!!) delicious food on a regular basis under the supervision of our Aditya N. Putra, SE, BA, our lab assistant, who is also the Operational Manager of TuPan Bistro, and Chef Temmy Rachmat, MM (Hos). This week it was meat dishes-good enough to make an eskimo’s mouth water with anticipation. They produced not one but three tempting dishes-meat lover pizza, roast chicken and roast striploin. As always, they excelled in this labor of love but were still able to learn something for the next time from the expert-Aditya N. Putra, SE, BA and Chef Temmy Rachmat, MM (Hos). Preparation, timing and tasting from time to time produced taste bud delights (MiE).
