Students of the 4th semester Hotel & Tourism Management (HTM) enjoyed their cooking workshop/training at TuPan Bistro learning about the preparation of the fish menu in 2 different ways, including 3 styles of potatoes. IULI’s international chef, Mr. Temmy Rachmat, MM (Hos), was on the premises to provide the necessary guidance and transfer of knowledge to students.
Taking up roles as the mystery guests were Mr Iwan & Mr. Kori from the SMA Plus Pembangunan Jaya. This surprise visit was attempted to enhance the practices and boost confidence for HTM students in the real-case cooking and serving scenario (SaP/MiE).
