As part of the short semester program for HTM students studying Organizational Behavior and Development, they had to not just do a presentation but also a role play with the theme ‘cultural sensitivity, fairness and creative solutions to these problems’. Facilitated by Dr. Samuel Prasetya, yet again, this was not a dry, book-based, quiz tested exercise. Students had to examine their own cultural and personal preconceptions, discuss them in groups and come up with honest solutions. All this was part of students’ personal growth as young Indonesian citizens in a global world (MiE).
