As a part of academic journey, the group of students from Life Sciences & Hotel Tourism Management major have been taken a part as the participants of competition that was held by CJ Corporation to create a new innovation in plant based sausage concept as part of an opportunity to showcase what they have been learned in IULI University.
The group participants was also coming from another universities also such as; BINUS, IPB, Ciputra, Bakrie, and UNPAD. The competition was held on 13-16th May at Jamsostek Building.
In a remarkable display of culinary innovation and skill, students from the International University Liaison Indonesia’s (IULI) Hotel & Tourism Management program have clinched the first winner in the prestigious National Plant Based Product Competition which has been announced on 29th of May 2024 at CGV Movie Cinemas, FX Sudirman, Jakarta.
Winning first place is a significant achievement for the IULI Hotel & Tourism Management program, highlighting the students’ commitment to sustainability and culinary excellence.
Therefore, group of Life Sciences was also obtain 4th position from 10 rank of the other universities.
“We are incredibly proud of our students. Their hard work and creativity have paid off, and they have set a new standard for plant-based cuisine”.
