On tuesday, april 9th, 2019, our students Adawiyah , from Hotel and Tourism Management 2018, and Clara Handayani from Hotel and Tourism Management 2017 joined a front office competition at the Hospitour Event of UPH. The competition was divided into two parts, the first was a quiz and the second part was a roleplay of handling complaints.
