To celebrate Kartini’s day, the Art and Music Division from the Student Executive Board of IULI (batch 2017-2018) organized an event with the theme We Stand Together in Solidarity , on April 26th 2018. The event featured competitions and performances that involved all students, lecturers, and staff of IULI.
The celebration was enriched with the common tradition where all students were strongly encouraged to wear batik or traditional attire in order to commemorate the struggles of R.A Kartini in fighting against gender inequality.
The Executive Board delivered the spirit of Kartini to our students, lecturers and staff of IULI and demonstated fairness, objectiveness, and active involvement among our students.
