International University Liaison Indonesia (IULI), known in Indonesia as Universitas Lintas Internasional Indonesia, is a private higher education institution in Indonesia founded on October 2, 2014, under the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 425/E/O/2014. The establishment and early development of IULI were initiated by national figure Dr.-Ing. Ilham Akbar Habibie, MBA. with a strong focus on international education standards and academic partnerships with reputable institutions across Europe.
In 2025, pursuant to the Decree of the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1168/B/O/2025, the governance of IULI was officially transferred to Yayasan Pendidikan Prima Internasional. Along with this institutional transformation, IULI expanded its main campus to the strategic area of Gading Serpong, Tangerang Regency, Banten, and established the Faculty of Dentistry and Health Sciences to complement its excellence in Engineering, Technology, Economics, Business, and Social Sciences.
Through an integrated curriculum, applied research, and international mobility programs in collaboration with partner universities such as RWTH Aachen University, TU Munich Asia, TU Ilmenau, and Flensburg University of Applied Sciences, IULI remains committed to preparing global-minded, entrepreneurial, and highly principled graduates.
